You will manage the front-end sales pipeline through cold calling and warm handoffs, while simultaneously ensuring our internal operations—from CRM tracking to partner onboarding—run with surgical precision.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Outreach & Sales: Conduct high-volume cold calling to collision centers and body shops. You must be comfortable navigating gatekeepers to reach decision-makers and executing "Warm Handoffs."
Pipeline Management: Own the CRM. You will track every lead from "Entity Designation" through the "Current Lifecycle Stage," ensuring no referral partner or claim falls through the cracks.
Operations Oversight: Manage and optimize the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for partner acquisitions. This includes coordinating marketing stipends and referral payouts.
Communication Management: Handle "First Outreach" sequences, "No Show" follow-ups, and referral requests using established
Performance Metrics: Meet daily targets for dials, connects, and qualified appointments.
Qualifications & Skills
The Voice: You must have a neutral or American accent with a professional, persuasive tone of voice.
B2B Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, cold calling, or business development.
Ops Mastery: Experience managing complex workflows or sales operations. If you don't love organization and tracking metrics, this is not the role for you.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
