I am seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to work directly with a fast-moving entrepreneur managing multiple businesses and projects.
This is NOT just a basic admin role — you will help manage daily operations, organize priorities, and assist in building and scaling a growing empire.
Requirements:
POSITIVE ATTITUDE IS KEY - Optimistic personality ONLY
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or high-level VA
Strong English communication (clear, confident, professional)
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Able to multitask and manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving skills (figure things out independently)
Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, project management tools)
Reliable, consistent, and trustworthy
Responsibilities:
Manage calendar, appointments, and daily schedule
Organize tasks, priorities, and follow-ups
Assist with hiring and building a remote team
Coordinate with staff, vendors, and partners
Manage
Help plan projects, launches, and events
Keep systems organized (documents, files, workflows)
Assist with personal tasks when needed
Hold the CEO accountable for goals and deadlines
Bonus Skills:
Experience supporting entrepreneurs or CEOs
Hiring and team management experience
Social media or marketing knowledge
Project management experience
CRM and automation tools
