We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a busy Realtor. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Administrative Support:**
- Manage and organize the Realtor’s schedule, including appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and maintain client files and documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

- Assist with the processing of real estate transactions, including contracts and closing documents.
- Schedule property showings and open houses, managing all logistics.
- **Marketing Assistance:**
- Help develop marketing materials, including brochures and social media content.
- Update and maintain the Realtors' website and online listings.
- **Client Relations:**
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships.
- Follow up with clients after showings and transactions to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- **Office Management:**
- Order supplies and manage office inventory.
- Assist with ongoing office projects and tasks as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in administration or real estate preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and real estate software (e.g. MLS).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
