What You’ll Own (This is an Operator Role)
- Signal from noise: You catch what matters, flag what doesn’t, and keep priorities clean.
- Loop closure: Follow-ups don’t die. Decisions get made. Loose ends get tied off.

- The “second brain”: You track patterns, anticipate needs, and ask the right questions before issues appear.

What You’ll Do
- Turn scattered inputs into clear action plans (what’s next, who owns what, by when)
- Proactively call clients, vendors, and partners to get answers and move things forward
- Prepare quick briefs before calls and clean recaps after calls (so nothing gets lost)
- Create lightweight systems that prevent repeat chaos (SOPs, trackers, templates)
- Capture raw ideas and turn them into drafts (messages, posts, guides, simple frameworks)
- Coordinate light bookkeeping support (keep expenses organized and handed off cleanly)
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven experience supporting a founder/exec in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive + resourceful: you don’t wait — you figure it out and drive it to completion
- Client-ready communication: fluent English with a clear American-style speaking voice
- Comfortable on the phone (you call, follow up, and push things over the finish line)
- Strong judgment, organization, and follow-through
