About Us
We are a fast-paced real estate investment company based in the United States, focused on buying, renovating, and reselling homes across North Carolina. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a tech-savvy, reliable Executive Assistant who thrives in operations, data management, and marketing execution.
This is not your typical EA role — you’ll work closely with the CEO to clean and manage lead data, execute outbound campaigns, support team accountability, and ensure everything in our marketing and CRM systems runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
CEO & Operations Support
Manage CEO’s calendar, inbox, reminders, and to-do list
Organize and follow up on tasks using ClickUp or similar tools
Help create and maintain SOPs for repeatable workflows
Track cold calling and lead manager team KPIs and deliverables
Prepare summaries or reports from weekly dashboards
Data Management & CRM (Salesforce)
Import, clean, and manage lead lists in Excel using Power Query
Maintain data hygiene and structure in Salesforce
Create and manage Salesforce Campaigns and assign leads appropriately
Tag, segment, and monitor progress across lead stages and statuses
Build basic Salesforce reports or assist with pulling marketing KPIs
Marketing & Campaign Execution
Assist in setting up and launching outbound campaigns (cold calling, texting,
Sync new leads into campaigns and ensure tracking is in place
Coordinate follow-ups with cold callers and appointment setters
Support light LinkedIn or
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent English communication (written and spoken-Fluent)
2+ years experience as a Marketing Admin or Executive Assistant
Strong skills in Excel and Power Query (data cleaning, filtering, segmentation)
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Campaigns, Lead/Contact management, basic reports)
Familiarity with task/project tools like ClickUp, Airtable, Trello, or Notion
Highly organized, reliable, and self-directed with strong follow-through
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience supporting real estate investors or marketing agencies
Experience with tools like SmrtPhone, JustCall, ReadyMode, Mailchimp, Instantly, Zapier
Familiarity with Power BI or dashboard creation
Experience managing virtual assistants or cold callers
