7X Property is a growing Australian real estate education business. We run a high-level online coaching program teaching people how to flip houses in Australia.
We are looking for a reliable, proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage operations, client communications, and backend admin so the business runs smoothly and nothing slips through the cracks.
This is a long-term role for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and enjoys being part of a fast-moving online business.
???? What Success Looks Like in This Role
- All inboxes are organised, responded to, and nothing is missed
- Leads from Instagram & TikTok are consistently booked into calls
- Student subscriptions are monitored and followed up professionally
- Payments are tracked accurately and reminders are sent on time
- Clear daily communication between you and the 7X Property team
???? Your Responsibilities
Daily Tasks
-Manage 3
-Coaching admin
-Student support
-House flipping invoices & payments
-Respond to
-Set appointments via Instagram & TikTok DMs and book calls
-Manage and update my personal calendar
-Check Stripe payments for active student subscriptions
-Send payment reminder
-Provide daily progress updates to the team
Weekly Tasks:
- Review student accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
- Follow up on overdue or failed payments (SOPs provided)
- Clean up inboxes and flag recurring issues or improvements
- Review calendar and upcoming commitments
Monthly Tasks
- Help ensure all subscription payments are accounted for
- Identify systems or processes that could be improved
- Support admin tasks as the business grows
Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent written English
- Strong communication skills
- Experience managing inboxes and calendars
- Comfortable using Stripe or learning it quickly
- Reliable internet and availability during agreed hours
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Proactive mindset (you don’t wait to be told what to do)
Nice to Have
- Experience in coaching, education, or online businesses
- Experience with CRM tools or appointment booking systems
- Social media DM experience (Instagram/TikTok)
- Real estate or property background (not required)
