JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced, highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join our growing online fitness coaching business.

This is not an entry-level VA role. We’re looking for someone who already has experience working as an Executive Assistant and is confident managing multiple responsibilities, staying on top of numbers, and taking initiative without needing to be constantly told what to do.

We’re currently an 8-person business, so this is a demanding role with a lot of moving parts. You’ll need to be someone who can step up, take ownership and keep things organised as the business continues to grow.

What You'll Be Doing
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and tracking KPIs and business numbers
- Logging and organising data accurately
- Handling payments and Stripe
- Managing administrative tasks across the business
- Helping organise and coordinate the team
- Scheduling and posting content across Instagram and other platforms
- Managing and maintaining systems and processes
- Following and improving SOPs
- Helping keep the business organised and running smoothly
- Taking initiative and identifying things that need to be done before being asked

- A strong communicator
- Good at managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with a team
- Experienced with Instagram and social media posting
- A quick learner who can pick up new systems
- Hungry to grow and take on responsibility
- Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Experience with online businesses, coaching, fitness or similar industries would be a bonus.

Hours
You must be available to work approximately 8am–6pm AEST.
This role will require consistent availability and the ability to stay on top of tasks throughout the working day.

The Right Person
We don't want someone who simply waits for a list of tasks every morning.
We want someone who can look at the business, understand what needs to happen, and take ownership.
You'll be working across multiple areas of the business, so organisation, initiative and attention to detail are extremely important.
