JOB OVERVIEW

Kyra Labs runs e-commerce brands. We're hiring one Executive Assistant for marketing and operations. This is a demanding role with a high bar: you'll support the executive team directly, own outcomes end to end, and be measured on output every day.

What you'll do:
- Take rough instructions and deliver finished work — researching whatever is needed along the way
- Run research on products, competitors, and customers, and hand back clear, decision-ready summaries
- Set up and manage tools and accounts; keep projects moving and follow through so nothing slips
- Draft and edit marketing copy from proven examples; build toward writing advertorials and ad copy
- Handle technical problems yourself: when something breaks, you diagnose it and fix it before asking
- Work with AI every day. You'll get a Claude Code account for work and use it to research, write, and build faster. AI output that isn't checked is not finished work. You own the quality of everything you send, no matter what the AI produced.

Who this is for:
- Sharp, disciplined professionals who figure things out on their own and hold themselves to a high standard.
- You already use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in your daily work, get strong results from them, and catch their mistakes. This is required.
- You bring solutions, not just questions: research first, then ask with what you'd propose.
- Reliable and always reachable.

Schedule: full-time, 7 days a week. Our day starts at 9am Manila. When something comes up late, we handle it.

How we work: this is a one-client, full-focus role. Work hours are tracked with Time Doctor (screenshots and activity), and output is reviewed every day. The usual ways of gaming trackers — mouse jigglers, auto-clickers, running the tracker on one laptop while working on another — are known and watched for; screenshots and output per hour show it fast. Meetings are on video with your camera on — that's how we work, not optional. You pick up the phone when it rings or a work message has arrived. That's not compatible with a second job. If you're doing the work, none of this matters. If you'd rather juggle several clients, this isn't the right fit.

Pay: ₱75,000/mo in USDT or USDC (TRC20 or ERC20; cashes out to GCash/Maya via ---------- ). Paid twice a month for your first month, then monthly at the end of each month.

The process: a short technical test, then a marketing test, then a call, then a 7-day paid trial. The tests are paid: ₱300 for the technical test, ₱1,000 for the marketing test, ₱17,500 for the trial.
