JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Executive Assistant and Customer Success Specialist (SaaS)

- Location: Remote (Work from Home)
- Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- Salary: $7.00 – $8.00 USD/hour (Negotiable based on experience)
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in a similar role

The Role:
We are looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy Executive Assistant to become the right hand to our company founder and the face of our customer service. This isn't just an admin role; you will own the entire customer experience for our software, bridging the gap between our users and our development team.

You must be fluent in English, professional on camera, and possess the tech-intuition to learn new software inside and out within days, not weeks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Success and Support: Take full ownership of the software’s customer service. Resolve tickets, engage with users, and ensure a world-class experience.
- Client Interface: Jump on Zoom calls with clients to provide support, demos, or troubleshooting with confidence and a likable personality.
- Bridge to Dev Team: Identify, document, and report bugs to our tech team. You will be the translator between user feedback and technical fixes.
- Documentation and SOPs: You are an organization wizard. You will create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and keep our FAQs/Help Center updated and easy to navigate.
- Executive Support: Manage schedules and administrative tasks for the Lead Hacker to ensure maximum efficiency.

Requirements:
- 2+ Years Experience in an EA or Customer Success role (SaaS experience is a major bonus).
- Perfect English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable.
- Tech-Fluent: You understand how software works and can talk to developers without getting lost.
- Hyper-Organized: You find joy in documentation, clean folders, and efficient workflows.
- Professional Presence: You are well-presented and personable on video calls.
- Quick Learner: You can grasp complex software features rapidly.
- Bonus Points If...
You have a background in Project Management.
You have previously worked for a SaaS startup.
You have experience with tools like Slack, Jira, Notion, or Zendesk.
