Position Overview
As our Executive Assistant & Content Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping both client deliverables and internal operations running smoothly.
This role combines executive support, project coordination, content management, and digital marketing execution within the real estate industry. You'll work closely with leadership to ensure projects move forward efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Because many of our clients are real estate professionals, we are looking for someone who already understands the industry and can confidently support agents, brokerages, and real estate-related marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Real Estate Marketing Support
- Understand real estate terminology, transaction timelines, and industry workflows.
- Assist with creating and reviewing real estate marketing content.
- Support agent and brokerage clients with content needs and campaign execution.
- Coordinate time-sensitive deliverables tied to listings, closings, events, and launches.
- Ensure content aligns with real estate compliance standards and brand guidelines when applicable.
Requirements
Must-Have Experience
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, Account Manager, or Digital Marketing VA.
- Previous experience working with real estate agents, brokerages, real estate teams, or real estate marketing agencies.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including common terminology and agent workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
Preferred Experience
Experience with some or all of the following:
- Canva
- Descript
- Metricool
- Flodesk
- ManyChat
- Google Workspace
- Project management tools [Asana, ClickUp, etc.]
- Website platforms [WordPress, Lovable, Showit, Squarespace, or similar]
- Social media reporting and analytics
- Experience creating content specifically for real estate agents and brokerages
- Familiarity with MLS, IDX websites, listing marketing, open house promotions, and agent branding
