JOB OVERVIEW

Hello! My name is Austin, and I run Fantum Growth — a creative growth agency that helps financial advisors and founders stand out and scale through strategic branding, cold outreach, and conversion-focused systems. I work with busy entrepreneurs who are tired of relying solely on referrals and want a consistent way to bring in better-fit clients.

I’m looking for a sharp, English-speaking Virtual Assistant with cold email expertise to support our outbound efforts. This is a part-time role at $10/hour, with the potential to expand as we grow. Your main focus will be keeping our outreach engine running smoothly and consistently.

Here’s what I need help with:
*Cold Email Strategy & Execution*
- Write and test email sequences inside Instantly
- Track performance and deliverability
- Triage inbox responses (positive, bounce, OOO, wrong contact, not interested, etc.)
- Maintain and improve email templates based on results

*Inbox & Campaign Management*
- Clean up outreach inboxes daily
- Handle unsubscribe and spam management
- Log positive replies and follow-up leads in Notion or Sheets
- Monitor warm-up email health across multiple inboxes

*Admin & CRM Support*
- Update CRM records and LinkedIn connection logs
- Support with recurring outreach tasks and campaign tracking
- Help with podcast guest scheduling and prep

You need to be tech-savvy, organized, and proactive. We move fast and iterate often so I need someone who can think independently, catch mistakes, and stay one step ahead. You must have hands-on experience with Instantly.ai, cold email copywriting, inbox triage, and lead scraping (Apollo or Sales Navigator).
