We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to support client management, business development, scheduling, and follow-up operations.
This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives on keeping things moving, staying ahead of details, and communicating professionally.
What You’ll Do
Manage CEO follow-ups and outreach
Coordinate meetings, reminders, and schedules
Prepare daily meeting briefs and post-call summaries
Track proposals, pipelines, and account activity
Re-engage inactive accounts and nurture existing relationships
Maintain CRM and reporting updates

Strong written communication skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Able to be flexible in working hours depending on CEO's location
