JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for an organized, dependable executive assistant to support my business and personal administration across several companies and commitments. I need someone who keeps track of details, follows through without repeated reminders, and catches scheduling problems early.

HOURS AND PAY
Approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with primary coverage from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time. This is an overnight schedule in the Philippines and shifts with U.S. daylight saving time. Pay is $4 USD per hour, paid weekly against an invoice for hours worked. A 40-hour week is $160. The role includes 10 paid days off per year, accrued monthly, agreed paid holidays, and an annual performance and compensation review.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage calendars across time zones, confirm meeting details and resolve conflicts early.
- Track email requests, outstanding replies and deadlines.
- Coordinate travel and prepare clear itineraries.
- Keep documents, contacts and task trackers organized.
- Track personal policies, renewals, household vendors and payments requiring my attention.
- Provide concise updates on completed work, pending items and decisions needed.
- Protect confidential information and acknowledge time-sensitive requests promptly.

WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR
Strong written English, careful attention to names and dates, good judgment about priorities, and experience supporting a busy executive. You should be comfortable with Google Workspace, willing to learn other tools, and have dependable internet access. You must be able to dedicate the agreed working hours to this role.
