JOB OVERVIEW

Are you INTELLIGENT a high-level professional who thrives on ownership, precision, and high-stakes execution? We aren’t looking for a "helper"—we are looking for a strategic partner to act as the backbone of our operations.

You must have a minimum of a Masters ideally a PHD, or MBA.

If you are a self-starter who solves problems before they reach the founder’s desk, keep reading. We have zero room for "snowflakes" or those who disappear when the pressure is on. We want a resilient, "A-Player" professional who takes pride in elite-level output.

The Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following non-negotiable criteria:
Education: Master’s Degree (or equivalent/higher).
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a high-level administrative or operational role.
Technical Mastery: Expert-level IT skills, including proficiency with AI tools to optimize workflow, and deep experience with the software listed below.
Personality: Extreme attention to detail, hyper-organized, and a "thick skin" for direct feedback and fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
1. Finance & Bookkeeping
Full management of QuickBooks.
Accurately record receipts, raise invoices, and maintain a rigorous organization system for all financial documentation.
Bonus: Experience with full bank reconciliation.
2. HR & Operations Management
End-to-end recruitment: Sourcing, vetting, and interviewing new staff.
Performance management: Monitoring the team to ensure KPIs are met and projects stay on schedule.
Acting as the "enforcer" to ensure the founder’s vision is executed without delays.
3. Research & Data Analysis
Conducting deep-dive research into markets, competitors, or new software.
The ability to not just find data, but analyze it and present actionable insights.
4. Visual Design & Creative
Producing high-click-rate thumbnails using Canva or Photoshop.
Maintaining brand consistency across all digital assets.
Bonus: Proficiency in Video Editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
