JOB OVERVIEW

We are a marketing agency serving the US market. We are looking for a reliable and organized Operational Assistant who can represent the boss when he is away.

What you will do:

Employee Support, Employee Management and handle incoming messages
Represent the boss operationally and administratively when he is not available
Organize and sort all requests and inquiries
Handle simple collaborations and administrative tasks
Keep everything clean, documented, and well-organized

Important:

You will represent the boss in day-to-day work, but with limited authority. You will not make big decisions on your own. Important matters must be approved first.

Requirements:

Very good English (written and spoken)
Experience as a Virtual Assistant in a similar role
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Good communication skills
Available during European working hours (or good overlap)
