JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and project support for a busy executive managing multiple contracts and business priorities.

The ideal candidate is someone who can take ownership without waiting to be told what to do, especially when it comes to inboxes, calendars, follow-ups, and important personal or family reminders.

Requirements:

Verifiable hands-on experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office 365 administration — REQUIRED
Proven experience managing high-volume inboxes and email triage
HubSpot experience — REQUIRED
Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs.
Strong written and verbal English communication.
Comfortable working 20 hours per week during Eastern Time hours.

Nice to Have:

Slack and Zoom experience
Background in care, staffing, recruiting, or nanny-related businesses
Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and administrative workflows.
