JOB OVERVIEW

Executive Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with exceptional English communication skills, outstanding organizational abilities, and strong spreadsheet management experience.
This person will be supporting a high-performing executive in the creator economy and must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Calendar management and scheduling
• Organizing meetings and appointments
• Managing spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Maintaining organized records and reports
• Administrative support
• Coordinating follow-ups and priorities
• Handling day-to-day executive support tasks
• Working proactively with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications
English
• Near-native spoken and written English
• Professional communication skills
• Confident communicating with executives
Technical Skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Strong Google Sheets proficiency
• Comfortable working with data, formulas, filters, sorting, and reporting
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
Experience
• Previous Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant experience
• Excellent calendar management experience
• Strong time management
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Able to work independently and anticipate needs
