THAT Agency is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our CEO. We're a digital marketing agency that helps other agencies and businesses grow through SEO, AEO, content marketing, social media, and digital strategy — and we build systems that scale. We're a small, fully remote team united by attention to detail, ownership, and a drive to add real value in every interaction.
We're growing fast and take on new challenges every day. We need someone who can keep the engine running so the CEO can focus on strategy and growth.
You'd make a great fit if you're good at:
• Organizing a busy executive's professional and personal life
• Moving fast with minimal errors and asking for clarification when needed
• Picking up new technology quickly — you're genuinely curious about tools
• Communicating clearly and professionally in writing (English fluency required)
• Prioritizing competing demands without dropping the ball
Extra awesome:
• You've supported a C-suite executive before (agency or SaaS environment is a plus)
• You have a never-say-never attitude and find ways to make things work
• You catch the small things — grammar, formatting, details that others miss
• You're proactive, not reactive. You think two steps ahead.
What you'll do:
• Own the CEO's and President’s calendar, inbox, and daily workflow — scheduling, triaging, prioritizing
• Draft and manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive
• Manage projects in ClickUp and Notion, keeping tasks moving and deadlines visible
• Set up eSignature documents and ensure proper completion
• Initiate and complete purchases and orders
• Book travel and accommodations, file expenses meticulously
• Plan and execute team events and off-sites
• Help manage CRM data in HubSpot and engage with prospects as directed
• Research, summarize, and present information using AI tools (Claude, image/video AI tools)
• Organize and maintain files in Google Drive, SharePoint, and Notion
• Support the CEO in staying current on industry trends and opportunities
• Support the CEO for personal projects

Don't worry if you don't know them all — but you should be excited to learn fast.
What you'll need:
• 2–5 years of administrative or executive support experience
• Experience supporting a leader in a fast-growing environment (agency, consulting, or SaaS preferred)
• Strong written English communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Outlook
• A reliable home office setup with stable internet (Philippines-based preferred)
• Availability Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM Eastern Time
