Executive Assistant / Operations Assistant (Remote – Philippines)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a busy business owner. This role involves a combination of administrative support, personal assistant tasks, rental property coordination, research, scheduling, and project management.

The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, communicates clearly, and can take ownership of tasks while following established processes and instructions.

This is a remote position with consistent hours and long-term growth potential for the right person.

Position Details

Responsibilities

* Calendar management and scheduling
* Email management and follow-up
* Rental property coordination and communication
* Internet research and data gathering
* Managing spreadsheets and databases
* Creating and updating documents
* Tracking projects and deadlines
* Following up with vendors and service providers
* General administrative support
* Personal assistant tasks as assigned
* Maintaining organized records and systems

Requirements

* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable internet connection
* Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
* Ability to follow written instructions accurately
