Executive Assistant to the Founder of Australia's biggest property investing podcast (Remote, Full-Time)
We're Pizza & Property, an Australian media company helping everyday Australians build wealth through property. We make YouTube content, run a podcast, and have built a community that trusts us. We're growing fast, and we're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly with our founder.
This is a serious role for someone who's excellent at what they do. You'll be the person who keeps the founder's world running protecting his time, staying ahead of what's coming, and making sure nothing slips. When you do this well, he's free to focus on the work only he can do, and the whole business moves faster.
We hire sharp, switched-on people and give them real responsibility. If you take pride in being the most organised, reliable person in the room, you'll fit right in.
This role is for you if:
You're a true EA you own outcomes, not tasks. You anticipate, you follow through, and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
You're exceptionally organised and hold yourself to a high standard without being asked to.
You can be trusted with sensitive, high-stakes work you'll be scheduling and communicating with some of the country's most successful investors, where polish and discretion are everything.
You're proactive. You see what needs doing and handle it, no chasing required.
You take feedback well you fix it, you learn, you move on.
You work from a quiet, professional space with reliable, high-speed internet. This is non-negotiable: the role demands focus.
What you'll do:
Manage the founder's inbox and calendar handling routine correspondence yourself, protecting his time, and keeping everything on track.
Coordinate our content engine alongside our Operations Manager booking guests, sending info packs, scheduling recordings and calls, and managing the details.
Plan ahead. We fly guests in from interstate, so you'll be three months ahead on the calendar, not three days.
Run research and turn it into clean, decision-ready summaries.
Own recurring responsibilities end-to-end including making sure our clients feel genuinely looked after year-round.
The tools we use: Google Workspace, Airtable, GoHighLevel, Canva, Zoom, Dropbox & Dropbox Sign. We provide and pay for all of them.
What we offer:
USD $10/hour, full-time (40 hrs/week), with room to grow for the right person.
