The Savvy Expat LLC | Manila (Hybrid, Full-Time)

The Savvy Expat is a fast-growing American relocation company helping US retirees and expats move to the Philippines — and we're looking for a sharp, reliable, and proactive Executive Assistant to join our Manila team.
This is a hybrid, full-time role based in Manila. You'll be working directly with our leadership team and touching every part of the business — from client communications and sales support to on-site filming for our YouTube channel.

What You'll Be Doing
— Send pre-call nurture messages to inbound leads to warm them up before their sales call
— Track, update, and maintain our sales CRM with accurate lead and client information
— Coordinate property viewings with our relocation team and clients
— Respond to WhatsApp messages from active clients in a timely and professional manner
— Assist on-site with filming for our YouTube content when needed
— Support leadership with additional tasks as they come up

Who We're Looking For
— Based in Manila and available for on-site work when required
— Fluent in English — written and verbal, no exceptions
— Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks without hand-holding
— Comfortable communicating with American clients professionally and confidently
— Tech-savvy — familiar with CRM tools, WhatsApp, and Google Workspace
— Self-driven, takes initiative, and doesn't need to be micromanaged
— Prior experience in admin, sales support, or client-facing roles is a strong advantage

Compensation
- P25,000/month starting salary
