Position Overview
In2HR&Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Head of Growth and Client Services with internal operations and client work through strong systems management and coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, process efficiency, and keeping multiple platforms and workflows running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Systems & Operations Management
Manage and maintain internal and client systems, ensuring data accuracy and organization
Support platforms such as HRIS, timekeeping, and communication tools
Perform system audits, clean-up, and process improvements
Track tasks, deadlines, and workflows across teams
Administrative & Executive Support
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and communications for leadership
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and records
Support inbox management and follow-ups
Process & Coordination
Assist with onboarding/offboarding coordination and documentation
Help standardize and improve workflows and internal processes
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
Client & Project Support
Serve as a point of coordination for client-related administrative needs
Support special projects, reporting, and operational initiatives
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Operations, or Administrative role
Strong systems experience (HRIS or similar platforms preferred)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in business tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
