We are seeking a highly organized , professional, and results-driven Executive Assistant/ Business Development Coordinator to support the growth and daily operations of our company. This role requires someone who can manage business operations, communicate with corporate clients, assist in closing deals, and help expand our brand presence through marketing and outreach.
There will be Bonuses/Promotions if you can close deals and contracts to build the company.
The ideal candidate is professional, business-minded, highly organized, and able to represent the company in a polished manner while helping drive new business opportunities.

Qualifications are Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Excellent English communication skills (Written and Verbal). Strong knowledge of business operations, marketing, and clients relations. Experience with contrasts, invoices , and payroll management. Proficiency with social media marketing and digital tools. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Professional demeanor and strong business judgment. Preferred Skills Experience with sales, lead generation, or business development. Knowledge of contract writing or legal documentation.
