About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a U.S.-based executive. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently across time zones.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones.
2. Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and communication materials.
3. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
4. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.

6. Support special projects, research, and administrative tasks as needed.
7. Maintain accurate digital records and ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
2. 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant (experience supporting U.S. clients preferred).
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize multiple tasks.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack).
6. Highly dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
