Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and highly skilled Virtual Assistant to support our fast-paced small business. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker, self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented. You should possess strong creative and analytical abilities, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills. This role requires advanced proficiency in video editing, social media management, funnel and workflow creation using GoHighLevel (GHL), ClickFunnels, Mailchimp, and ActiveCampaign, and the ability to manage and execute a variety of tasks that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
Schedule and post content across multiple social media platforms.
Respond to comments and messages, fostering community engagement.
Conduct hashtag research and monitor social media metrics to optimize performance.
Design and implement ad campaigns on social media.
Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media.
2. Content Creation and Management
Utilize AI tools to assist in content creation and streamline task management.
Draft and schedule nurturing
Create landing pages, funnels, and workflows using GHL, ClickFunnels, Mailchimp, and ActiveCampaign.
Write and publish show notes for podcast episodes and upload episodes to podcast platforms.
3. Community Management
Identify potential members for the

Set up and manage tech for conducting training and live sessions in the
Monitor and engage with community members, ensuring consistent activity and participation.
4. Sales and Prospecting Support
Manage CRM updates, ensuring all leads and changes are accurately reflected.
Schedule and follow up on sales calls, send follow-up
Research and apply for speaking gigs, tracking applications and responses.
5. Workshop and Event Coordination
Manage registrations, prepare materials, and handle inquiries for workshops and masterclasses.
Collect feedback from participants and use it to improve future events.

6. Podcast Production
Coordinate with guests, schedule recording sessions, and manage podcast production timelines.
Edit podcast episodes, ensuring high-quality sound and content.
Upload episodes, create show notes, and manage distribution across platforms.
7. Administrative Support
Manage the business owner’s calendar, scheduling appointments, sales calls, and events.
Organize and prioritize
Provide daily task reminders and ensure deadlines are met.
8. Technical Setup and Management
Record Zoom sessions, pull transcripts, and create summaries and content from them.
Set up and test technology for virtual workshops and live sessions.
Manage and execute streaming via Streamyard and Restream.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Advanced Video Editing Skills: Proficient in using video editing software (Vimeo, CapCut, Descript) to produce high-quality content.
Advanced Social Media Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across various mediums.
GHL (GoHighLevel), ClickFunnels, Mailchimp, and ActiveCampaign Proficiency: Experience in building funnels, workflows, and creating landing pages.
Zoom, Streamyard, and Restream Expertise: Ability to set up and manage virtual meetings, webinars, and live streams.
Proactive and Critical Thinking: Ability to anticipate needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and take initiative.
Reliability and Self-Motivation: Consistently deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
Creative and Analytical: Balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a similar virtual assistant role, particularly within a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and task management.
