About Us:
We are a growing financial services firm seeking a proactive, versatile, and tech-savvy Executive Administrative Assistant to support our CEO in various crucial roles, including Chief Accountant, Chief Coach, Chief Consultant, and CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage communication channels, including answering calls via Aircall and scheduling discovery call appointments
2. Conduct outreach to our business clients, ensuring their readiness to work with us
3. Assist with billing and financial administrative tasks
4. Organize and track completed office work
5. Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO across multiple roles
6. Implement and manage various software tools, including Calendly, Google Suite, Keap, and Teamwork
7. Assist in personal support tasks, such as developing homeschool calendars for the CEO's children (optional)
Required Skills and Qualities:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using various software tools and willingness to learn new technologies
- Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Discretion in handling confidential information
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and roles
Ideal Candidate:

Experience:
- 2+ years in an administrative or executive assistant role
- Experience in financial services or related field preferred, but not required
