Exclusive Opportunity: Shopify E-commerce Portfolio Manager (High-Growth Role)

We’re opening up ONE exclusive opportunity for a high-performance Shopify E-commerce Portfolio Manager to oversee multiple online stores and lead revenue-generating campaigns.

We’re looking for someone sharp, proactive, and strategic who can manage an expanding portfolio of Shopify stores. You’ll start by proving your execution skills with Flash Sales and Auctions—but this role is built for growth.
This is an exclusive opportunity to step into a high-impact role where you’ll manage stores and help shape multiple brands' success.

First Test: The Flash Sale & Auction Challenge
Your first responsibility will be executing monthly Flash Sales & Auctions on Shopify. This is a proving ground—if you can perform at a high level, you’ll be given more stores, more significant projects, and higher pay.
Flash Sale (1st of Every Month)
• Identify 20 slow-moving products (must meet stock availability criteria).
• Publish the Flash Sale (Monday midnight - Thursday 11:59 PM HST).
• Show/Hide the promotional banner on the website.
• Create ad creatives for social media and the website.
• Send out
• Provide a product list for social media content.
• Reset 10 products to original pricing post-sale.
Monthly Auction (Last Friday-Sunday)
• Select 50 slow-moving products (must meet stock availability criteria).
• Set up automated payments for auction winners.
• Manage website auction timers and banners.
• Provide a product list for social media.
Sales Optimization & Analytics
• Generate & send weekly reports on Flash Sales & Auctions.
• Use Shopify analytics to refine future sales strategies.
• Optimize pricing, inventory, and promotional strategies.
Where This Role Can Lead (Managing a Portfolio of eCommerce Brands)
If you prove yourself by successfully managing Flash Sales and Auctions, you’ll have the opportunity to run multiple stores, including:
1) Overseeing entire store operations (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
2) Planning & executing marketing campaigns
3) Optimizing order fulfillment & inventory management.
4) Using automation & reporting tools to scale sales.
This isn’t just about completing tasks. It’s about driving real growth for a portfolio of eCommerce brands.
If you can handle this, your role will expand, and so will your earnings.
Who We’re Looking For
1) Shopify Expert (Not a beginner—must have real experience).
2) E-commerce & Marketing Skills (Basic ad creative design, SMS &
3) Strategic Thinker & Data-Driven (Understands analytics, pricing, and promotions).
4) Self-starter & Proactive (No micromanaging—we expect execution).
5) luent in English (Written & spoken, strong communicator).
6) Comfortable with Automation & Reporting (Google Sheets, Shopify Apps, etc.).
We don’t work with beginners. We hire A-players who take full ownership of their work and deliver results.
Compensation & Growth Potential
Starting at $300/month (Phase 1: Flash Sale & Auction Management).
