Greater Phoenix Cleaning — Sales Rep (Phoenix, AZ)

The Role
You'll be the high-energy voice and closer for Greater Phoenix Cleaning — the first (and most important) person our customers talk to. This is a fast-paced, phone-based sales role where speed, hustle, and personality win.

Respond to inbound leads in under 30 seconds (yes, seconds — we move quick)
Quote jobs, negotiate like a pro, and close residential & commercial cleaning deals over the phone
Collect payment info and lock in bookings with confidence
Turn one-time clients into loyal recurring customers
Master our proven sales process, pricing models, and scripts inside and out

Outbound Hustle
We don't just sit and wait for the phone to ring. You'll proactively hunt for new business like a true entrepreneur:

Outreach to real estate agents, contractors, property managers, and other partners
Smart calling, texting, emailing, and leveraging social media
Creatively using job boards and other platforms to fill our crews' schedules
Relentless (but smart) follow-up on warm leads until they book or bow out

The Schedule

Days On: Saturday, Sunday, Monday — 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Days Off: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday — fully yours to recharge, pursue side hustles, or enjoy life
3 days on, 4 days off. Weekends are our peak — if you can't own them with energy, this isn't the role for you.
