# Senior Content Creator — Video, Graphics & Social Media

## Create Content That People Actually Stop and Watch

We are looking for a talented, ambitious and highly creative **Senior Content Creator** to work full-time across our growing portfolio of Australian brands.

This is not a basic Canva-posting role.

We need someone who understands attention, storytelling and brand positioning—and can turn ideas, voice notes and raw footage into polished content that looks premium and performs online.

You will create short-form videos, social graphics, advertisements and branded content for businesses across healthcare, property and professional services.

## What You’ll Create

- Instagram Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts
- ---------- and Facebook content
- Promotional and brand videos
- Property and healthcare advertisements
- Social-media graphics and carousels
- Animated graphics and motion content
- Video captions, hooks and thumbnails
- Campaign concepts and content series
- Founder-led personal-brand content
- Internal and recruitment content when required

## Your Responsibilities

- Work directly with the Director to develop content ideas
- Turn voice notes, briefs and raw footage into engaging content
- Edit professional short-form and long-form videos
- Design premium graphics that are consistent with each brand
- Write strong hooks, captions and calls to action
- Repurpose one piece of content across multiple platforms
- Maintain a structured content calendar
- Organise and manage all content files and brand assets
- Research trends without blindly copying them
- Recommend new creative concepts and campaign ideas
- Deliver content consistently and meet agreed deadlines
- Review performance and improve future content
- Maintain a high standard across every brand

## About You

You are:

- An experienced content creator with a strong portfolio
- Highly skilled in video editing and graphic design
- Able to create content that feels modern, premium and engaging
- Confident creating both corporate and personality-driven content
- Strong at storytelling, pacing, hooks and visual composition
- Able to understand different audiences and brand voices
- Proactive—you bring ideas instead of waiting for instructions
- Fast without sacrificing quality
- Organised and able to manage multiple brands
- Receptive to feedback and comfortable making revisions
- An excellent written and spoken English communicator
- Reliable, accountable and interested in a long-term position

Within your first three months:

- Each brand has a consistent and professional visual identity
- Content is planned and produced ahead of schedule
- Raw ideas are converted into polished content with minimal supervision
- Videos have strong hooks, clean editing and clear messaging
- Social accounts publish consistently
- The Director spends less time managing content production
- Engagement, reach and content quality show measurable improvement
