JOB OVERVIEW

POSITION SUMMARY
We seek a highly efficient, enthusiastic, and proactive part-time Events Coordinator to join our growing Live events team to support live event activities and administrative tasks, such as recording and documenting sales, tracking and listing deals, doing intro and outro spiel and other adhoc tasks needed. This role is crucial in optimizing live event processes, maintaining accurate sales records, and supporting the company’s goal of delivering outstanding customer experiences. This is a 3-month contract, which may change depending on the company’s target.

OBJECTIVES
Support live events scheduled from Monday to Saturday, 6 PM to 12 AM EST, or Tuesday to Sunday, 6 AM to 12 PM PH time.
Work closely with the Live Event Host/s and Marketing Event Coordinators in managing the program flow.
Ensure a smooth and engaging experience for live event customers.
Suggest effective promotional materials and activities to help grow live events revenue and attendees.
Record sales accurately and promptly in the live event tracker..
Monitor customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
Align expectations and performance based on the Marketing Event team’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Ensures that monthly live event targets are met.

Internet: Stable connection, preferably 25 Mbps or higher

Reliable headset with a clear microphone and noise-canceling capability
Dual-monitor setup preferred
