???? Birthday Party & Group Event Coordinator (Remote – Full-Time)

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and organized Event Coordinator to manage birthday parties and group events for a fast-growing entertainment company based in the United States.

This is a high-level administrative role focused on data accuracy, coordination, and execution, not creative event planning.

???? Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and manage event details in our event planning systems
Coordinate all logistics for birthday parties and group events from booking to execution
Ensure all event information is complete, correct, and aligned across systems
Communicate with internal tea ---------- mbers via Slack, email, and CRM tools
Assist with client communication via email and occasional phone calls
Follow detailed SOPs and execute processes exactly as instructed
Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information proactively
Manage multiple events at different stages simultaneously
Support the team by creating and improving written processes and instructions
???? Ideal Candidate Profile

You are:

Extremely detail-oriented (this is the #1 requirement)
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks without missing anything
Process-driven and comfortable following structured workflows
Proactive in identifying errors and fixing them before they become problems
Calm under pressure and able to handle a high volume of tasks
A strong communicator (written and verbal)
A reliable team player who takes ownership of their work
???? Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, or coordination roles
Strong experience with:
CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
Event management tools (TripleSeat experience is a plus)
Slack or similar team communication tools

Email

Excellent written English (grammar, clarity, professionalism)
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry
Ability to follow instructions precisely and consistently
Experience handling multiple tasks/projects at once
? Bonus Qualifications (Not Required)
Experience with event coordination or hospitality industry
Experience using TripleSeat
Experience working with US-based companies or customers
Experience creating SOPs or process documentation
