JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Etsy Store Manager to manage and grow stores for our clients.

You may operate the store using either wholesale or dropshipping strategies, depending on your experience and the client’s account. This is a performance-based position for someone who can take ownership of a store and generate consistent sales—not a beginner training role.

Responsibilities

* Research profitable products and niches for Etsy
* Create, publish, and optimize product listings
* Write search-optimized titles, descriptions, and tags
* Manage product images, pricing, inventory, and supplier availability
* Improve Etsy SEO and store visibility
* Respond to customer messages quickly and professionally
* Process orders and upload tracking information
* Handle cancellations, refunds, disputes, reviews, and account issues
* Monitor store health and follow Etsy’s policies
* Send clients detailed daily progress reports
* Occasionally attend professional client calls
* Consistently test new products and strategies to grow sales

Requirements

* Previous Etsy selling or store-management experience
* Experience with Etsy wholesale, dropshipping, or both
* Proof of previous sales results is strongly preferred
* Strong product-research, Etsy SEO, and listing-optimization skills
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
* Ability to communicate professionally with clients
* Must be organized, honest, proactive, and dependable
* Must be able to receive payouts through Wise or PayPal
* Must not currently manage more stores than you can properly handle

Performance Expectations

Managers are expected to actively work toward:

* At least $5,000 in monthly store sales or $1,000 in monthly profit
* A minimum goal of $10,000 in cumulative sales during the first 90 days
* Consistent store activity and client communication at least five days per week

These are internal performance goals and not guaranteed results.

Important

This role involves managing real client businesses and accounts. Poor communication, store inactivity, unauthorized subcontracting, falsified results, policy violations, or mishandling client information will result in removal.
