Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Etsy Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of our Etsy shop. The ideal candidate will help optimize listings, manage customer interactions, and contribute to overall shop growth.
**

* Create, edit, and optimize Etsy product listings (titles, tags, descriptions, SEO)
* Conduct keyword research to improve product visibility
* Manage and update product inventory
* Handle customer messages, inquiries, and order issues in a timely manner
* Process and track orders to ensure smooth fulfillment
* Monitor shop performance and suggest improvements
* Assist with promotions, sales campaigns, and seasonal updates
* Upload product images and ensure consistent branding
* Stay updated with Etsy trends, policies, and algorithm changes

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Experience managing or assisting with an Etsy shop (preferred)
* Basic understanding of Etsy SEO and keyword research tools (e.g., eRank, Marmalead)
* Strong written English and communication skills
* High attention to detail and organization
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus
* Basic knowledge of spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
