JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to help build two Etsy stores from the ground up.

This is a contract-based setup project, not a store management role.

The goal is to prepare both stores for launch, including shop setup, listing creation, mockups, and overall listing organization.

The stores will include a mix of print-on-demand products and digital products.

Design assets and general direction will be provided. We are looking for someone who can execute the setup efficiently and professionally while following Etsy best practices and policies.

Project Scope

This project involves complete Etsy store setup and launch preparation, including:

• shop structure and sections
• listing creation and formatting
• uploading product images and mockups
• formatting titles and descriptions
• adding tags and attributes
• variation setup where applicable
• organizing listings for consistency

The goal is to prepare approximately 30–40 listings across two Etsy stores.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• has experience creating Etsy listings
• understands basic Etsy SEO (titles, tags, attributes)
• can work with product mockups and listing images
• understands Etsy listing policies and marketplace guidelines
• is familiar with Etsy image size and listing image requirements
• understands the importance of commercial-use licensed designs and assets
• is comfortable working with digital and POD products
• pays strong attention to detail
• can follow instructions carefully

Experience with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Photopea, mockup generators, or POD platforms is a plus.

Contract-based project.

Initial scope:

30–40 listings

Additional projects may be offered depending on performance.

Budget is limited, so we are looking for someone efficient and reliable.

You do not need to create artwork. This test is only to evaluate listing structure.
