JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Etsy / POD Virtual Assistant to help us launch and manage custom and personalized products on our Shopify store.
The ideal candidate has strong experience working with Print-on-Demand (POD) providers and tools such as Customily, and understands how to build and manage high-converting personalized product listings.
This role is perfect for someone who already has experience working with Etsy-style custom products such as personalized gifts, custom apparel, custom jewelry, pet portraits, name products, etc.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage personalized product listings on Shopify
• Work with POD providers to set up products and fulfillment workflows
• Configure Customily personalization options (names, photos, text fields, etc.)
• Coordinate with graphic designers to create high-quality product mockups and designs
• Upload and organize product designs, templates, and variants
• Ensure personalization previews work correctly on the storefront
• Help optimize listings for conversion and user experience

Requirements

• Experience working with Print-on-Demand providers (Printify, Printful, ShineOn, CustomCat, etc.)
• Experience using Customily or other personalization apps
• Understanding of Etsy-style personalized product workflows
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to organize multiple products and variations

Big Plus (Preferred but not required)

• Experience creating product mockups and graphics
• Experience working with Photoshop / Canva / Illustrator
• Experience managing graphic designers for custom product creation
• Experience launching or managing Etsy personalized product stores
