You will work closely with senior estimators, team leads, and operations stakeholders while taking ownership of your individual performance. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a deadline-driven environment, is comfortable managing multiple priorities, and wants to grow within a results-oriented company.
What You’ll Do

-Communicate clearly with team leads, senior estimators, and internal stakeholders
-Escalate issues early when additional review, clarification, or support is needed
-Consistently meet service-level expectations, deadlines, and performance targets
-Support senior tea
-Contribute to overall team performance by maintaining a high standard of quality, consistency, and accountability
What You’ll Bring
1–3 years of experience in estimating, quoting, procurement, operations, or a related role
Internship or early-career experience will be considered for strong candidates
Familiarity with estimating tools, quoting platforms, ERP systems, or similar software
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Ability to manage multiple quotes, deadlines, and priorities without sacrificing quality
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong judgment and the ability to know when to escalate issues
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
High level of ownership, consistency, and reliability under pressure
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Nice to Have
Experience with U.S. and Canadian pricing, procurement, or cross-border operations
Exposure to value engineering, cost optimization, or vendor comparison
Background in landscaping, horticulture, wholesale plant materials, construction materials, or related industries
Experience working in a remote, fast-paced operations environment
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is someone who is sharp, organized, accurate, and comfortable working quickly. They enjoy solving problems, can handle repetitive high-volume work without losing focus, and take pride in delivering clean, reliable estimates. They are not afraid to ask questions, but they also take initiative, learn quickly, and can be trusted to manage their workload independently.
