JOB OVERVIEW

Estimation & Operations Virtual Assistant (Plumbing & Construction) – Full-Time Remote

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Estimation & Operations Virtual Assistant to support a growing plumbing and construction business. This role combines construction estimating, project coordination, operations support, bookkeeping assistance, purchasing, and customer communication.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

- Review plumbing and construction blueprints and project plans
- Prepare accurate estimates using company templates
- Assist with pricing materials, labor, and project requirements
- Coordinate estimate revisions based on customer feedback
- Support underground piping and construction estimating
- Handle inbound inquiries and customer communication
- Coordinate appointments, scheduling, and project timelines
- Assist with contract preparation and project documentation
- Support purchasing, vendor coordination, and material sourcing
- Assist with QuickBooks tasks, invoicing, collections, and payment follow-ups
- Track project costs, expenses, and operational documentation
- Support ---------- workflows, task management, and process improvements
- Help create and maintain SOPs and operational documentation

Requirements:
- Experience in construction, plumbing, or related industries preferred
- Experience reading blueprints and preparing construction estimates (Required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with project coordination and scheduling
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Comfortable learning new software and systems

Highly Preferred:
- Plumbing estimation experience
- Construction estimating experience
- QuickBooks experience
- ---------- or similar project management software
- Purchasing and vendor coordination experience
- Customer service and collections experience

Work Setup:
- Full-Time Remote
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
