We are a growing heavy equipment brokerage based in the United States that specializes in buying and selling machinery used in material processing industries such as grinders, crushers, screeners, and conveyors.
We are looking for a motivated and organized tea
Your main role will be to help identify equipment owners who may want to sell machinery and schedule appointments with our team.
This is a long-term position with opportunities to grow as the company expands.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
Research companies that operate heavy equipment (recycling, landscaping, demolition, composting, construction, etc.)
Reach out to companies via phone,
Maintain organized lists of companies and contacts
Marketplace & Social Media Monitoring
Monitor
Contact sellers to gather details about machines
Identify potential consignment opportunities
Appointment Setting
Qualify potential sellers
Schedule calls between sellers and the company owner
Ensure all conversations are logged in our CRM system
CRM & Data Management
Enter leads and notes into HubSpot
Track follow-ups and conversations
Maintain organized lead lists
Requirements
Strong written and spoken English
Comfortable speaking with people on the phone
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable internet connection
Ability to work independently
Comfortable learning basic information about heavy equipment
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
Lead generation
Cold calling
Facebook
Hubspot experience
