JOB OVERVIEW

Salary: $6.00 USD / Hour ($960 USD / Month) + Uncapped Profit Share
Shift (Arizona Time): Wednesday – Sunday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Shift (Philippine Time): Thursday – Monday, 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM PHT
Hours: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)

About the Business:

I run a fast-paced tool and machinery flipping business based in Arizona, USA. We acquire high-value equipment (generators, commercial mowers, pressure washers, power tools) and resell them locally. Because we operate at a high volume, I am looking for a sharp, aggressive, and highly capable Acquisitions Manager.

Please note: This is not a basic data-entry "scrolling" job. I am paying top-of-market rates because I need someone who can manage the entire digital side of a deal from discovery to final price negotiation.

How You Will Be Paid (Base + 5% Net Profit Share):

I do not want a basic employee; I want a business partner who is hungry to make serious money. Structuring a solid base pay combined with performance bonuses is a proven model for premium remote sales and acquisitions roles.

The Base: You will receive a guaranteed $6.00 USD / Hour ($960/month) just for running the daily operations and showing up to your shift.

The Profit Share: For every machine or tool you source, negotiate, and I successfully flip, I will pay you a 5% commission of the net profit.

The Math: If you find me a Honda EU2000i, negotiate the price down, and I flip it for a $300 profit, you get a $15 bonus on top of your hourly rate just for that one single flip.

Your take-home pay is uncapped. The better you negotiate with sellers, the more money goes directly into your pocket.

The Role (Your Daily Responsibilities):

Full Cycle Deal Management: Actively monitor Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, and local classifieds for underpriced equipment using specific keywords. You will not just send me links, you will send the initial offer, handle the seller's pushback, lock in the final price, and schedule the pickup appointment for me.

Margin & Repair Calculation: Calculate strict 2x profit margins before making offers. If a machine needs a minor repair (like a carburetor clean or unloader valve replacement), you must quickly cross-reference the parts cost online and subtract it from your offer.

Inventory Relisting: Once I clean or repair an item, you will use my photos to write optimized, high converting descriptions and manage the incoming buyers so I only deal with serious people ready to hand over cash.

You will be utilizing AI in order to cross reference and verify whether deals are highly profitable or not.

Requirements:

Elite English & Negotiation Skills: You must be highly persuasive and comfortable haggling with American sellers via text/messenger.

Mechanical Aptitude: You don't need to be a mechanic, but you must be able to quickly research small engine parts (e.g., Honda generators, DeWalt tools) to factor repair costs into our buying formulas.

Reliability: High-speed internet, dual monitors (preferred for speed), and strict adherence to the 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM PHT shift.

Decisiveness: The ability to make quick, confident decisions on pricing without waiting for my permission on every single item.

How to Apply (READ CAREFULLY):

To prove you have the analytical skills required for this premium role, please do not send a generic cover letter. Instead, start your application message with the following test:

Go to Facebook Marketplace and set the location to Phoenix, Arizona.

Find one active listing for a gas-powered generator or a commercial power tool.

Send me the link to the listing.

Tell me what the seller is asking, tell me what you think it can resell for, and tell me the exact dollar amount you would offer them in your first message.

Applications that do not include this test will be immediately deleted.

*I own a 2 businesses and have always believed the most honorable thing you can do in business is take care of your employees. If you take care of me, I will take care of you.
