Position Overview
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant – Data Analyst to support our Dallas, TX operations. This remote role requires exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and communication skills. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and Environmental Consultants to prepare laboratory reports, interpret data, manage client communications, and ensure timely delivery of accurate results.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare environmental laboratory reports for Asbestos, Lead, Mold, or Bacteria with precision and speed.
• Interpret laboratory data with Environmental Consultants and relay results to clients within 15 minutes or less after receipt.
• Assist Project Managers and Environmental Consultants in laboratory results preparation and client updates.
• Provide excellent customer service and phone/email communication to clients.
• Coordinate with field staff, vendors, and laboratories to ensure timely delivery of results.
• Respond to high-volume email and phone inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Utilize software platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Aircall, and CRM tools daily.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and organization.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and phone etiquette — C1 level English proficiency preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows 7 or higher, Microsoft Word/Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
• Typing speed: 50+ WPM (will be tested).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in environmental services or industrial hygiene (preferred, not required).
• Must have a quiet, distraction-free home office setup with no animals or background noise, including:
• Reliable computer (8 GB RAM minimum)
• 25+ Mbps internet connection
• Noise-cancelling headset.
Schedule
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Dallas CDT)
Must be flexible for occasional extended hours or urgent client needs.
