JOB OVERVIEW

(Preferably either 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm, CST America Time zone)
This position is Only for *ON SiTe* shifts at an OFFICE in our DAVAO City Headquarters
About the business
Kesher calls.
Our Mission is to answer Telephone Calls for our Locksmiths, plumbers, electricians, cleaners, Roofers and many other types of Home services/handyman jobs technicians.
All our inbound calls last less than 2 or 3 minutes, you just need to take the address, name, and phone number of the customers calling and you get paid for each call 10php- 15php , plus your monthly base salary of 30,800 php (each dispatcher averages 12,000 php to 17,000 php -every month)
No hidden fees, no hidden commissions, No hidden metrics. Just ANSWER the PHONE, Book The APPOINTMENT AND Get PAiD $$ !!

We don't deal with complaints nor with rude clients. ALL our CLIENTS NEED the Service, so 99% of them will talk to you nicely.

Requirements:
EXCELLENT ENGLISH (C1, C2) Written, & Spoken and Outstanding Active Listening skills, able to understand different Accents.
Must be from *DAVAO City* or surroundings and able to Commute to our headquarters 5 days a week and be physically present to work *On SiTe*
Minimum education required: University degree or drop out, Excellent for students!! No experience required
Skills: Advanced command of the English language, Spoken & written, basic PC knowledge, KeyWord Online Research & Active Listening.

Job Responsibilities:
Answer only incoming calls from our customers who require an immediate repair/cleaning/inspection at their homes or businesses. Be fast and always Ready to Pick up any incoming Phone calls.
