JOB OVERVIEW

#About the Role:

We are looking for a professional ESL teacher to help create high-quality English lesson content using our AI-powered lesson creation tool.
This is a part-time role for someone who understands ESL teaching, enjoys creating lesson materials, and is interested in using AI to make lesson creation faster and better.


#Working Hours:

4 hours per day, 3 days per week
Approximately 12 hours per week


#Responsibilities:

- Create ESL lesson content for grammar, vocabulary, listening, and speaking
- Use our AI tool to generate lesson materials
- Review and improve AI-generated content
- Fix and improve prompts inside our AI system
- Make sure lesson content is clear, practical, and useful for ESL teachers and students
- Suggest better content structures, classroom activities, and lesson ideas
- Help improve the quality of AI-generated ESL materials over time

#Must Have:
- Must provide proof that you are currently working as an ESL teacher or English teacher
- Professional experience as an ESL teacher
- Strong understanding of English language teaching
- Ability to create practical ESL lesson materials
- Good sense of what makes a lesson engaging and easy to teach
- Comfortable working with AI tools
- Strong written English skills
- Attention to detail


#Nice to Have:
- Experience creating lesson plans
- Experience coordinating school lesson plans or curriculum
- Experience designing materials for different English levels
- Positive and collaborative attitude
- Interest in AI and education technology
- Prompt engineering experience
- Experience testing or improving AI-generated content

Who This Role Is Good For:
This role is good for an ESL teacher who enjoys creating worksheets, lesson plans, and classroom activities, is curious about AI in education, and is comfortable reviewing and improving AI-generated content.


#Example Tasks:

Generate a vocabulary worksheet using our AI and improve the questions
Create a grammar lesson for A2 learners on the past simple tense
Review AI-generated speaking activities and make them more natural
Rewrite a prompt so the AI creates better listening comprehension questions
Suggest better lesson flow for beginner ESL students
Check whether generated content is appropriate for a specific CEFR level
