JOB OVERVIEW

DermLux is a group of 5 medical aesthetics clinics in Cyprus (laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables). We are hiring English-speaking Customer Support & Sales Representatives to take care of our English-speaking clients.

We have BOTH a FULL TIME and a PART TIME spot open. Tell us in your application which one you want.

Most of our clients speak Greek and are handled by our local team. Your side is the English one: expats, tourists and international clients who message us in English. You do NOT need to speak Greek.

Read this part carefully: this is a SALES role as much as a support role, and it is a high-performance environment. We measure results and we review them with you every week. If you like clear targets, honest feedback and getting paid more when you hit your numbers, you will do very well here. If you want a quiet job where nobody looks at your output, this is not the job for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Answer client messages in English (Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, email) - fast, warm and accurate
- Turn enquiries into booked appointments. This is the main thing we measure.
- Book, confirm and reschedule appointments inside our own in-house software (full training given)
- Confirm next-day appointments and bring our no-show rate down
- Follow up on people who asked about a treatment but never booked, and on clients who have not come back
- Recommend the right treatment or package and upsell where it genuinely helps the client
- Log every conversation, lead and outcome correctly in our system - clean data is part of the job
- Flag anything medical or complicated to our doctors - never guess

WHAT WE NEED
- Fluent English, written and spoken. Natural, friendly, no grammar mistakes. This is the #1 requirement.
- Proven sales experience - you have carried a target, you hit it, and you can tell us the actual numbers
- 3+ years in customer support, sales, BPO or appointment setting
- Comfortable working inside a CRM or booking software and able to learn a new system fast
- Reliable internet, a quiet place to work, and a backup plan for power and internet
- Self-driven, organised, and honest about your numbers

BIG PLUS (counts a lot)
- Experience with an aesthetics clinic, medspa, dermatology, beauty, wellness or plastic surgery practice
- Experience managing social media inboxes / Meta Business Suite
- Experience with lead follow-up and client reactivation campaigns

HOURS
Our working window is 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM Cyprus time, Monday to Friday.
For you in the Philippines that is 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM Manila time.
(From late October to late March it shifts one hour later, 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM Manila time, because Cyprus changes its clocks and the Philippines does not.)

- FULL TIME spot: 40 hours per week, the full 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM Cyprus window
- PART TIME spot: 20-25 hours per week, inside the same window (we will agree the exact hours with you)

PAY - and we give you the real numbers, not vague promises
- $6.00 USD per hour, for both the full time and the part time spot
- Full time works out to approximately $1,040 USD per month
- MONTHLY BONUS ON TOP, with the targets stated up front: +$100 USD in a month where you book 40 qualified appointments, +$200 USD in a month where you book 60. We agree the exact definition with you before you start, and you see your own numbers every week - no surprises, no moving goalposts.
- 13TH MONTH PAY: yes, we pay it, every December. We know what it means to you.
- Paid every 2 weeks through Wise.
- Long-term position with full training on our systems and on our treatments.
