About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Engineer / Drafter to join our growing fall protection design team. This hybrid role blends structural drafting (60–80%) and engineering calculations (20–40%).
You’ll design and model railing systems, overhead and horizontal lifelines, safety gates, and other fall protection solutions used across commercial and industrial settings.
This position is ideal for someone who loves solving practical engineering problems, thrives on learning, and enjoys turning real-world challenges into creative, accurate designs. You’ll collaborate closely with our engineering and project management teams in the U.S. and Philippines.

Responsibilities
• Create detailed drawings using Revit and other popular CAD tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
• Perform engineering calculations for structural components — primarily concrete piers, steel, and limited wood structures.
• Apply engineering judgment to ensure practical and code-compliant designs.
• Research and problem-solve unique fall protection scenarios (e.g., rooftops, ladders, walls, mezzanines).
• Communicate daily with our U.S.-based team; maintain at least 4 hours overlap with U.S. Central Time.
• Participate in a “working interview” where you’ll complete 2–4 real project exercises to demonstrate both drafting and calculation skills.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Structural, Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
2. Experience: 2–5+ years in structural or mechanical drafting/design (commercial or industrial preferred).
3. Software Skills:
o Proficient in Revit (required).
o Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar programs (a plus).
o Experience with basic structural analysis tools (e.g., STAAD, RISA, or spreadsheet-based calculations).
4. Knowledge Areas:
o Structural steel, connections, and anchorages.
o Concrete embedments or pier design.
o Construction drawing interpretation.
5. Soft Skills:
o Problem solver with curiosity to learn new systems and methods.
o Clear communicator and team collaborator.
o Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability.

What We Offer
