About the Role:
We’re hiring an Engagement Strategist to act as the voice and connector for the personal brands we manage.
This role is not about posting content.
It’s about starting conversations.
You will engage on behalf of our clients inside comments, replies, and DMs to build relationships, create familiarity, and naturally guide conversations toward a next step when appropriate.
Core Responsibilities:
Social Media Engagement & Relationship Building
– Engage on other people’s content to spark natural conversations
– Respond to comments, replies, and DMs in each client’s brand voice
– Ask thoughtful follow-up questions to keep conversations moving
– Recognize when to transition a conversation toward connection or booking
– Maintain professionalism, warmth, and clarity in all written communication
Story & Light Content Support
– Assist with Instagram Stories (text, polls, replies, short clips)
– Repurpose approved content across platforms when needed
Tracking & Admin
– Track daily engagement activity (comments, DMs, conversations started)
– Monitor response quality and engagement patterns
– Assist with light content scrubbing for short video clips
Required Skills & Traits
– Excellent written English (grammar, tone, vocabulary, clarity are non-negotiable)
– Strong conversational instincts and emotional intelligence
– Familiarity with Instagram and LinkedIn (comments, DMs, Stories, basic analytics)
– Ability to sound human and brand-aligned, never scripted or robotic
– Organized, self-directed, and comfortable with feedback
Working Hours:
This role has set engagement windows:
– 4:00am–7:00am PST
– 3:00pm–6:00pm PST
– Monday through Thursday minimum
Occasional brief admin tasks may occur outside these windows.

Selected candidates will receive a short paid engagement exercise using real examples so we can evaluate comment quality, DM tone, conversation flow, and judgment.
