Position Details
- Position Title: End-to-End Recruiter — Caregivers & Nurses (Philippines to US Deployment)
- Location: Philippines (Remote or Office-Based)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Reports To: Recruitment Manager / Head of Global Mobility / HR Director / Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for caregivers and nurses: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through portals, social media, and school partnerships.
- Manage pre-employment requirements and ensure compliance with US deployment standards.
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, orientation, and deployment logistics.
- Maintain ATS and ensure accurate candidate status tracking.
- Serve as liaison between candidates, PH HR teams, and US-based clients.
- Provide candidate support throughout the process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Generate recruitment metrics and recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years experience in full-cycle recruitment; healthcare or US recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with healthcare roles and credential verification preferred.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
- Understanding or willingness to learn US visa and deployment processes.
- Strong ethics, professionalism, and empathy.

- Consistent delivery of qualified caregiver and nurse candidates.
- Low drop-out rate during pre-deployment.
