ABOUT THIS ROLE
You will contact US employers on behalf of specific O-1 visa talent candidates registered on our platform. When an extraordinary person — an engineer, researcher, artist, or athlete — needs a US employer to write them an interest letter for their visa petition, you are the one who finds that employer and makes it happen. You will reach out to companies by
WHAT YOU WILL DO DAY-TO-DAY
•Review talent profiles on the O1DMatch platform and identify employers who would be a strong match for each candidate
•Reach out to US employers via
•Explain the O-1 visa process and what an employer interest letter is — and why it costs the employer nothing and creates no legal burden
•Guide interested employers to sign up on O1DMatch and send an interest letter to the candidate
•Follow up consistently with employers who have not yet responded
•Log all outreach activity and employer responses in our CRM database
•Coordinate with the Talent Liaison to keep candidates updated on outreach progress
•Report weekly on outreach numbers, response rates, and interest letters secured
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
•Excellent written and spoken English — you will be
•Experience with cold
•Comfortable making phone calls to US businesses during US business hours
•Ability to explain a complex process like O-1 visas and interest letters in simple, clear language
•Organized and able to track many employer conversations at the same time
•Familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheet-based pipeline tracking
•Self-motivated and disciplined — you manage your own outreach pipeline without being reminded
NICE TO HAVE
•Prior experience in recruitment, business development, or immigration-adjacent work
•Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar prospecting tools
•Basic knowledge of US visa types, especially O-1, H-1B, or employment-based immigration
IMPORTANT NOTE
This role requires availability during US Eastern or Central time hours for employer calls and follow-up.
