JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Researching Australian companies that are currently hiring

Identifying employers with genuine job vacancies

Finding appropriate decision-makers, including business owners, directors, HR managers, recruitment managers and hiring managers

Making outbound calls to Australian employers

Introducing Hire Pathfinder and our recruitment services professionally

Asking employers about their current and upcoming recruitment requirements

Sending professional introductory and follow-up emails

Following up employers who have shown interest

Generating qualified employer leads for the Hire Pathfinder team

Booking appointments or meetings with interested employers

Recording all employer contact details, conversations and follow-up activities accurately in our CRM

Searching job boards, company websites, LinkedIn and other sources to identify companies actively recruiting

Maintaining an organised employer prospect database

Providing a daily report covering calls, emails, conversations, vacancies, leads, appointments and follow-ups

Supporting recruitment and candidate sourcing activities when required

Daily Performance Expectations

We are looking for someone who is productive and comfortable working toward measurable targets.

Indicative daily targets may include:

30–50 Australian employers researched

50–80 outbound employer calls

15–30 targeted emails

Regular follow-up with previous prospects

Identification of genuine vacancies and recruitment opportunities

Generation of qualified employer leads

Booking meetings with interested employers

Quality is more important than simply achieving call numbers. Your performance will primarily be assessed on genuine employer conversations, qualified leads, vacancies identified, appointments booked and employers converted into recruitment clients.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent spoken and written English

Confidence speaking with Australian employers over the telephone

Previous experience in B2B sales, recruitment, lead generation, appointment setting, telemarketing or business development

Strong telephone communication skills

Professional email-writing ability

Experience researching businesses and decision-makers online

Good understanding of LinkedIn and online job boards

CRM experience or ability to learn quickly

Strong organisational and follow-up skills

Ability to work independently without constant supervision

A positive and persistent attitude toward outbound calling

Reliable internet connection and a suitable home-working environment

Commitment to a long-term position

Previous experience working with an Australian recruitment agency or Australian B2B company will be highly regarded.
