Virtue Capital Co. is a fast-growing business-funding firm specializing in helping business owners secure working capital, term loans, lines of credit, and revenue-based financing to grow and scale their businesses. We are expanding rapidly and are seeking a skilled Text & Email Marketing Expert to manage our outbound campaigns, nurture sequences, and improve engagement across our multi-channel marketing ecosystem.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Text & Email Marketing Specialist with deep knowledge of outbound automation platforms and B2B lead generation strategies. Your main role will be to build, manage, and optimize campaigns targeting business owners interested in capital for growth, using tools such as:

Instantly.ai (cold email outreach)

GoHighLevel (GHL) (funnels, nurturing, automation)

SMS/Texting Platforms (Easify, JustCall, Twilio, etc.)

You will be responsible for increasing lead engagement, improving reply rates, and driving higher conversions from cold and warm leads.

Key Responsibilities

Build and optimize Instantly.ai email outreach campaigns targeting business owners in various industries.

Manage GoHighLevel workflows, email sequences, funnels, landing pages, tags, triggers, and pipeline automation.

Create high-converting SMS campaigns using compliant messaging practices.

Segment large lead lists and implement targeted follow-up sequences.

Improve sender reputation, deliverability, and domain health across email accounts.

Analyze campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, opt-ins, conversions) and provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with sales team to ensure qualified leads flow smoothly into CRM and get proper follow-up.

Write, test, and refine engaging copy for emails, text messages, funnels, and retargeting campaigns.

Manage A/B tests for subject lines, messaging, timing, and audience targeting.

Requirements

1–3+ years of direct experience in outbound marketing, email/SMS campaigns, or growth marketing.

Proven experience with Instantly.ai (or similar cold email platforms such as Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo).

Strong experience with GoHighLevel (required).

Strong experience with SMS platforms (JustCall, Twilio, Easify, LeadConnector, etc.)

High-level understanding of B2B lead generation, especially targeting business owners.

Ability to write clean, persuasive marketing copy.

Understanding of email warmup, domain health, deliverability, and list hygiene.

Ability to work fast, test quickly, iterate, and scale winning campaigns.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Experience in business lending, merchant cash advance, SBA, term loans, or fintech

Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Knowledge of Zapier, automations, and API integrations
