JOB OVERVIEW

This role requires hands-on experience building automated email/SMS flows in a real ESP ( ---------- , Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar). If you haven't personally built flows from scratch before, please don't apply, we won't be able to move you forward.

We're a fast-growing, US-based direct-to-consumer subscription brand looking for someone to own our email and SMS program end to end, from onboarding through retention and win-back.

This is a full-time, fully remote position. You'll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing automated flows that drive engagement and revenue across the customer lifecycle.

What you'll do:

• Build and manage automated email/SMS flows (welcome, onboarding, abandoned cart, win-back, post-purchase, retention)
• Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on customer behavior
• Write and test subject lines, copy, and CTAs to improve open, click, and conversion rates
• Monitor deliverability and troubleshoot issues as they come up
• Report on flow performance and recommend improvements based on data
• Maintain brand voice and consistency across all lifecycle touchpoints

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with email/SMS marketing platforms ( ---------- , Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar) — this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have
• Proven experience building automated flows from scratch, not just sending one-off campaigns
• Strong written and spoken English and copywriting ability
• Comfortable with segmentation, A/B testing, and basic reporting/analytics
• Experience with a subscription, DTC, or ecommerce brand is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple flows and deadlines with minimal oversight

Schedule: Full-time, working core hours in US Eastern Time (EST).
